Risk Factor is a dynamic 5-piece band from northeast Ohio that plays a variety of popular hits spanning the rock, pop, and country musical spectrum from the 60s to today. But don’t think you’re just hiring a variety band because Risk Factor brings a fresh rock twist to all of your favorites.
With over 100 songs in their repertoire, they can set the appropriate mood for any venue and any event to keep your guests entertained and engaged throughout the evening.
Risk Factor is fronted by lead vocalist Ken Filipiak whose expansive vocal range commandingly emotes the bluesy rasp of Chris Stapleton as well as the pop swagger of Bruno Mars. The fingerboard mastery of co-lead guitarists Roddy Capra and Jon Paige are on display from the first note through the last. The lockdown rhythm section of drummer Dragan Viskovic and bassist Ante Logarusic lays down a pulsing foundation underneath it all. Each of these seasoned professionals has over 25 years of playing experience and the band’s distinct chemistry is felt from the first downbeat.
Since forming in 2019, this lineup has booked over 175 performances at popular bars and eateries, yacht clubs, weddings and corporate events, fundraisers, festivals, and community summer-concerts-in-the-park, across the state of Ohio.
Risk Factor seamlessly incorporates hits ranging from Johnny Cash to the Killers, Nat King Cole to Alice in Chains, and Blondie to Chris Stapleton. The result is a sing-along / dance-along musical adventure that has built a loyal following of over 2,000 Facebook followers as well as dozens of satisfied repeat customers & venues.
